Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for sizes as we know it's sometimes hard to get the correct size. please contact us on Yoshimishkaa@gmail.com to start the returns process or click the link at the bottom of the page (book a return)

Items must be returned within first 14 days of delivery in unused condition and in original packaging. once we have received the items at our parcel locker our team will review the items if for some reason you are not eligible for a exchange we will contact you.

Returns

We hope you love your Y&M accessories but for the unlikely reason you are not satisfied with your items or in the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at yoshimishkaa@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
If your products colour or size sells out unfortunately you will have to choose from another item if available otherwise you will not qualify for an exchange. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
