Your order will be delivered through Australia post eParcel. your shipping times will vary according to your postcode more details can be found at www.auspost.com.au.

please allow extra time for deliveries at peak times eg. Christmas and Easter

Y&M does not accept any responsibility for shipping times, and we cannot refund items that arrive late.

you can track your items through the Aus post app with your tracking number that's provided. 

We take no responsibility for incorrect information provided please make sure your shipping address is correct prior to us shipping your items. 

All our items are packed carefully in our safe packaging boxes however we take no responsibility that there's a small chance that the courier has lost or damaged your items when in transit.

  • - EXPRESS Shipping $12.95

Can I track my order ? 
Yes for domestic orders you can track delivery status of your order at the www.auspost.com.au. Website or Auspost app with your tracking number provided.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we can ship overseas! At the checkout page you will be provided with a postage and handling quote before making payment. 

International Shipping

Your order will be delivered through Australia Post / via your local courier company once the shipment arrives in your local country in most cases (i.e USA = USPS). 

The delivery time to your destination will vary according to your postcode (please note it can take up to 6+ weeks to arrive). In addition to the Items and delivery charges we apply to your order, you may also be required by your country of residence to pay import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information so that you are sure about the applicable duties and taxes before you place your order. We are not responsible for payment of such duties and taxes and in the event that you refuse to pay such duties and taxes and the order is returned to us, we will require you to pay any costs that we have incurred as a consequence.
